Click on start now
Select Hawaii
For the District, type DOE- Honolulu, Central, Leeward, Windward, Hawaii, Maui, Kauai (just type DOE and then click on the dropdown)
And the complete and submit your application!
(Make sure to add all children in the household. Military families- do not include your BAH)
